Your artwork
Keep source artwork and finished exports distinct.
- NestSheet accepts PNG artwork with a 100 MB per-file upload ceiling. The uploader checks the file type and size before processing.
- Files are stored encrypted on servers in Ashburn, Virginia (USA). The privacy policy names the hosting and backup providers.
- Uploaded artwork is retained for 90 days. Sheets you save stay in the browser where you made them.
- Completed exports are available for 72 hours by default. Recent exports shows each file’s expiry; downloads check the signed-in account.
- For account or artwork questions, email [email protected] from the account address. The privacy policy is the reference for data requests.
Your account
Recover access through your account email.
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Account access uses your sign-in credentials.
- Choose Forgot password to request a reset link by email. The link is valid for 30 minutes; completing the reset lets you sign in with your new password.
- Sign-in, registration and password-reset requests have rate limits. Follow the message shown if a request needs to be retried.
Early access
Keep account questions with the support team.
NestSheet is free during early access, with every feature included and unlimited exported area. Your account page shows your exported area this month and in total. The pricing page explains the offer and future paid plans. For questions about your account or access, contact [email protected] from your account email address. Include the page or action you were using so the team can identify the relevant workflow.
Your job archive
Save the files you need for repeat orders.
Keep the approved source PNGs, intended print dimensions, copy counts and downloaded production TIFF together. For a repeat order, this record lets you identify the exact artwork and the file previously sent to the RIP. Download completed files while the expiry shown in Recent exports is still current.
File access
Use the account that created the export.
- Ready-export downloads are checked against the account that created the job.
- Recent exports gives you a download action for files that are ready and still available.
- Uploaded artwork and completed exports follow separate retention windows. Check which file you need before starting a repeat job.
- The cookie policy describes website analytics and the consent controls. The privacy policy covers personal-data questions.
Questions and reports
Send a clear account or file report.
For a file issue, include the filename, intended print size, the action you took and the message you saw. For an export issue, include the export name and the account used to create it. Share sensitive artwork directly with support when it is needed to investigate the report.
Report a security concern to [email protected]. Describe the affected page and the steps that exposed the issue.
