Before you start
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paddle manages every subscription. Email [email protected] or use the /contact form and we cancel it for you. You keep your plan features until the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds, but nothing locks you in beyond that month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paddle for payments. Paddle handles taxes globally. Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and region-specific wallets are supported. Need a bank-transfer arrangement? Talk to us about Enterprise via /contact.
What happens if I hit my upload limit?
The next upload returns an upgrade prompt instead of going through. Nothing is deleted, nothing is charged. Upload counters reset at 00:00 UTC daily — so an EU shop nesting overnight starts fresh around 01:00 BST. Upgrade from the prompt or the /account/plan page to lift the cap immediately.
Do I keep my account if I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling drops you back to the Free plan (watermark returns, daily caps apply) — your account and your export history stay accessible. Finished export files expire 72 hours after each export on every plan, so download anything you still need promptly.
Can I add team seats later?
Yes. Starter is a single seat; Pro and Studio are built for teams — Studio includes ten seats. Need a different seat count? Email sales via /contact and we sort it out.
Do you offer invoicing for business accounts?
Paddle is our merchant of record, so every payment comes with a receipt that carries the correct tax treatment for your country — no extra paperwork from you. For formal invoicing or bank-transfer arrangements, talk to sales about Enterprise via /contact.
